What data I collect and why
Contact form: your name, email and message, used only to reply to you. Legal basis: your consent. The form is delivered through the FormSubmit service, which forwards the message to my email.
Bookings: the calendar is provided by Calendly (Calendly LLC, USA), which processes the details you enter to manage your appointment, under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. Calendly may use technical cookies needed for it to work.
Sessions: clinical information shared in therapy is treated with the strictest confidentiality, subject to professional secrecy, and is not collected through this website.
How long I keep it
Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to answer your enquiry and for no more than one year if you don’t start therapy.
Your rights
You can access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict or port your data by writing to yaneli.psicoterapia@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Cookies
This site does not use its own analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and the calendar from Calendly, which may set their own technical cookies.
